Bark Chips

Our Bark Chips are suitable for a number of decorative and functional uses around the garden!

Using Bark Chips can be a great way to cover large areas of bare ground and make your garden more stylish.

What can you use our Bark Chips for?

Bark is great for so many different things around your garden!

  • Ground cover
  • Putting around trees and shrubs
  • Filling in borders
  • In plant pots
  • Retains moisture in the soil
  • Regulates soil temperature
  • Keeps weeds at bay

Our bark is decorative bark and is not sold as play bark/play chips due to some large “sharp” pieces of wood chip throughout.
It would be completely up to the buyer as to if they were going to use this in a play area however we do not advise this.

What quantities of bark are available?

Our bark is sold in bulk bags, half bulk bags and small bags!

  • A bulk bag will cover you approximately* 12 m2 at a depth of 50mm*
  • The half bulk bag will cover you approximately* 6 m2 at a depth of 50mm*
  • The small bags can be purchased individually but to give you an idea of coverage, x3* of the small bags will cover approximately* 1 m2 at a depth of 50mm*
