One of our newer products we have brought in here at The Cobble Shop Ayrshire is our Brookstone Paving. This paving a unique vintage style to any outdoor area. The look and durability of this paving makes it ideal for the family home. We have this available in 3 different colours, Burnt Ochre, Rose and Skye. Brookstone paving will reinvent your garden and make it a place you can enjoy.

In the patio pack you get 5 different sizes of slab, you get 10 300×300 slabs, 10 300×450 slabs, 10 600×450 slabs, 10 300×600 and 20 450×450 slabs. The paving can only be bought in the 10.8m patio pack.

HOW TO LAY THIS PAVING

  1. Dig out at least 150mm below the damp proof course of your home (or wherever the paving is being laid) – and incorporate a slope where the land is flat to allow surface water to run off.
  2. Put in your edge restraints – kerbs or edging stones.
  3. Apply a sub base – this should be at least 10mm, whacked/compacted down a few times.
  4. Apply a layer of damp concrete sand and screed it to a finished level.
  5. Lay your block paving in desired design.
  6. Sweep brown paver sand into the block joints, making sure every joint is filled.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

All deliveries within Ayrshire, Glasgow, East Kilbride, Paisley and surrounding areas will be made with one of our own fleet of hi-ab. lorries. Please leave detailed information about where the goods have to be dropped. We operate a kerbside delivery but where possible will attempt to place your goods in the position of your choice providing this is within reason. We will not however take a lorry off of the public road onto a driveway for example without a damage disclaimer being signed by the customer first. Please ask for details of this when ordering and we will be happy to explain.

All deliveries outside Ayrshire, Glasgow, East Kilbride and Paisley are subcontracted out via palletised carrier companies. It is your responsibility to advise us of any delivery restrictions you may have prior to the goods being despatched, along with your full delivery address including postcode and contact telephone number.
